BAHM to show 'Rome Express' at Movie Monday
The Bartlesville Area History Museum will show the British thriller “Rome Express” during its next "Movie Monday," a brown bag event set for June 17.
The feature will be shown from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the museum, located on the fifth floor of City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave.
“This production is a tense ‘Hitchcockian’ story of robbery, intrigue and murder that takes place on a trans-continental train," said BAHM Coordinator Jo Crabtree.
"Strangers, thieves and blackmail victims, are thrown together aboard a train where the suspense rises. A popular 1933 film which spawned many other successful train thrillers, such as ‘The Lady vanishes,” one of the most famous British films of the 30s.” VCI-Entertainment of Tulsa states
