History Museum Kids Events!
History Boot Camp
BAHM is hosting History Boot Camp for children, ages 7-12, July 11-15, 9:00-am-noon. The children will have fun learning about local history and the workings of a museum. The week will end with several historians showing the children what life was like 100 + years ago. To receive a registration form, please call Kay at 338-4293. Cost for the whole week of classes is $25 for non-BAHM members, $20 for BAHM members. Space is limited, so be sure and get your name on the list!
Bartlesville Area History Museum Living History Day
Friday, July 15, BAHM is hosting a Living History Day, with several local historians in costume. We will have a Civil War soldier, a Land Run participant, a WWII soldier, a Roman Soldier, George Washington, a cowboy, people from the days of Frank and Jane Phillips and schoolmarm. See and hear about the different times in history, 9:30-noon on Friday, the 15th. There is no cost and all ages are invited. 401 S. Johnstone, 5th floor. Any questions, call Kay at 918-338-4293.
